Rakion Rivalry System
The Rakion rivalry system initiates when 2 players have a "considerable" amount of kills between the 2. It will often kick in around 2:2 (That is, you've killed them twice, and they've killed you twice) but doesn't always follow the same pattern. It will not take effect if it is entirely one sided, and most often won't if it's mostly one sided, such as 5:0 or 7:1. Rivalry will be terminated if one player kills the other more frequently.
The rivalry itself does not do very much, when you kill your rival, or are killed by them, you will hear a laughing sound effect and a message will display to the game.
The one actual bonus to the system is that you will gain half a chaos point when you kill, or are killed by, your rival.
