Via ESC -> waiting room/exit, disconnect, or crash.
Penalty = INT(User's level / 2) + INT((won rounds-lost rounds) * 5) )
Which means, half of the user's level + 5 exp for every round won - 5 exp for every round loss, but the penalty cannot go below half of the user's level.
Via /kick -> 0 exp lost.
