Panzers have been patched by softnyx 3 times since they were originally released with Rakion. Each time they have gotten a little weaker.
At first Panzers gained 4 attack, 9 energy, and 30 cell points per level.
But when they hit level 31, they started to gain 10 attack, 24 energy, and 80 cell points.
Softnyx then patched it, altering the post 30 level up stats to 4 attack, 24 energy, and 80 cell points.
Then Softnyx decided to make every cell a little less worthwhile by increasing the amount of cell points it takes to summon every level. The Panzer's went from 30 to 36; but the post 30 level up stats stayed the same as they were.
Softnyx then decided this was also too strong; so they removed the post 30 level up stat difference completely and made it so panzers gained 4 attack, 9 energy, and 36 cell points for every level up.
